I was sent coupons for cans of Allen Vegetables to try recipes and share my opinion. My opinions are my own and may differ from yours. This post may contain affiliate links, I receive a small portion of money when you use the links below.
I love simple recipes. Recipes that don’t take a long time, especially when you can dump and stir, those make my heart happy.
This is one of those easy-peasy recipes!
Allen Vegetables areGMO free, gluten free, lower in sodium, heart healthy and koseher. The veggies are also grown on family farms and they are USA proud!
What you’ll need:
If you haven’t cooked your chicken legs/drumsticks, you will need to do this first. Add the cooked chicken, cans of chicken broth, cans of Veg-all veggies and rosemary.
Stir and allow to reduce. Coooked for 20-30 minutes on medium heat to reduce and cook the chicken through (if it is cold).
This would be a great meal for having friends and family over this summer, for dad for Father’s Day and anytime you are grilling.
NOTE: You can also cook the chicken in the pot, you will just need to cook it until the chicken temperature is 175F.
