So I had a recipe calling for ground chicken.
Went to the store. None. Asked the meat department, they don’t have it. They don’t grind it.
Went to another store. Still none. But they had chicken breasts and chicken tenders.
So I bought chicken tenders (because they were on clearance and we were going to use them immediately..and I’m cheap).
I got my mini Kitchen Aid mixer out (little red is her name) and put about 10 ounces in and put the top on and turned it on. I think I counted to 10, like when you are playing hide and go seek. Then I had it grind it the opposite direction to the count of 10.
And it was done.
