Strawberry cheesecake yogurt
Sometimes you just can’t have dessert all the time. Strawberry cheesecake yogurt lets you have it for breakfast.
Check out this strawberry cheesecake yogurt recipe for a healthier solution for cheesecake all the time with yogurt.
This will work perfectly for you breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Make it ahead of time, but leave out the graham crackers.
What you’ll need:
2 cups vanilla yogurt
2 graham crackers crushed (I did this in a plastic bag)
3 strawberries core, and sliced into pieces
1/4 cup white chocolate chips chopped coarse (you could also leave whole)
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, strawberries and white chocolate chips. Stir and chill.
You can also place into smaller containers for transport if you would like.
When you are ready to eat, you take some of the crushed graham crackers and sprinkle on top.
This can make 2-6 servings depending on how big you want your servings to be.
Fewer calories than a piece of cheesecake.
