I saw pictures online, read the instructions and thought yeah right.
Until I went and canned corn and had a ton of ears to shuck, then I gave it a big try. Two boxes of corn worth. 18 jars pints of corn. Who has time to shuck them one by one and hope the silk comes off. Not this chick.
What you’ll need:
Microwave for 6 minutes at 1200 power (adjust for your microwave power, maybe more)
Remove from the microwave and place on the cutting board.
With your Tupperware Chef or Universal Series Knife, cut off the end that connects to the corn stalk.
It will be cooked and ready to eat.
No more making a mess.
